Diesel", John Riggins, off left tackle to get the First Down.
With an Outstanding
kick-out block, Riggo finds himself headed for daylight. Here in one of the most memorable
photographs ever taken in a Super Bowl, Riggins breaks the tackle and heads down the
sideline for a 40 yard Touchdown.

Super Bowl XXII
The Redskins find themselves 10 points down at the end of the 1st quarter against
Elway's Broncos. Doug Williams, seemingly hurt, comes back in the game to light up the
scoreboard with a 35 point 2nd quarter. Timmy Smith runs for 206 yards, adding to the
record book, the Redskins are putting up on a warm Super Bowl Sunday in San Diego.
